  Meet the Owner

Joan D. Fletcher, LCSW, MSW, BSW is a resident of Wilmington, Delaware. Ms. Fletcher has had a contract with MHM Services, Inc providing counseling services to inmates at Howard R. Young Correctional Institution. She has also had a contract rendering services to children 2-5 with emotional behavior disturbances for the Division of Prevention and Behavioral Health Service's Delaware’s B.E.S.T. Grant (Bringing Evidenced Base Services & Treatment for Young Children and their families). Ms. Fletcher has worked in the field of social work for over seventeen years. She received her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from Delaware State University. Ms. Fletcher is a member of the National Association of Social Work, a provider for many insurance companies and is certified as a Minority and Women Business Enterprise. Ms. Fletcher has worked in many states providing social work services and worked at the Atascadero State Hospital, a forensic psychiatric facility in California, as a Clinical Social Worker. Ms. Fletcher also works with childcare centers, schools and other businesses in the community providing clinical consultation, behavior health/mental health, program design and clinical supervision.
